Complete Your Intake Forms
Before your first visit, you'll receive a comprehensive health history intake form. Please complete this thoroughly — the more we understand about your health history, lifestyle, and goals, the better we can serve you.
Your Initial Consultation
Your first appointment is a thorough consultation. We'll review your health history, discuss your current concerns and goals, and conduct a TCM assessment including pulse and tongue evaluation. This is your time — we encourage you to share openly.
Assessment & Treatment
Following your consultation, we'll discuss our assessment and recommendations. Many patients receive their first acupuncture treatment during this initial visit, depending on your individual presentation and needs.
Your Personalized Care Plan
We'll develop a personalized care plan outlining recommended treatment frequency, modalities, and any lifestyle, nutritional, or herbal recommendations. We'll review this with you and answer any questions before you leave.
Ongoing Care & Follow-Up
Integrative care is a process. We'll schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, adjust your treatment plan as needed, and continue supporting your health goals over time.
Preparing for Your First Visit
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to your arms and legs.
Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before your appointment. Avoid coming on an empty stomach.
Bring a list of any current medications, supplements, or vitamins you are taking.
Bring any relevant recent lab work, imaging, or medical records if available.
Arrive a few minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork and settle in.
